The people at Tomball Dodge (Louis & Darrell) have always provided great service. They are honest on what needs to be done and have been very helpful when it comes to the amount of time required to get the work accomplished. We were taken care of from the time we walked into service all the way through to when we went to check out. Everyone was gracious and friendly. From start to finish my experience at Tomball Dodge can be rated 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!! David Bynum, my salesman, guided me through the process seamlessly and professionally. He patiently walked me through all models of Jeep Grand Cherokee's explaining each so I could make sure to purchase the model that fit myself and my lifestyle the best. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Jeep brand as well! Moving on to finance which was handled by "Rock" whom our family has de...alt with several times over the years and this visit was no different than the past visits - he handled my transaction professionally and efficiently, answered all my questions, gave me a few "tips" and put me at ease with my new purchase. Tomball Jeep is a mixed bag, like most companies. You may have difficulty getting ahold of someone immediatey via phone (heck, I can be hard to catch via phone), but in person you can pin 'em down easily. In the 10-20 "people I've met at Tomball Jeep" list, three individuals stand out as THE people to know. Winnie (Customer Service), Ron (Fleet Sales), and Darryl (Service Mgr). Winnie oversees the survey data, and remembered when I asked (she was probably the 4th person) for a physical brochure for my ordered vehicle. The dealership was out, no more would be ordered, and I could download a pdf. I felt like no one at Jeep gave a flip ... they had their fish hooked and my desires were kinda unimportant at that time. But not to Winnie, she called me a couple days later and said, "Ah ha! I've got one!" Thanks Winnie!Ron runs fleet sales, and thank goodness the dealership has him. He responded to my queries, did research when needed, and walked with me throughout the entire ordering process. The man knows his stuff, and he listens. Previous vehicle purchasing experiences have scarred me for life. Ron made it pretty painless. Thanks Ron!Darryl had to face me when a part was misordered, and I had to wait for another replacement (after having driven in for the "bad" part). He was all but bending over backwards to meet my needs. He was respectful, courteous, and willing to give me a rental as well as several other options when this snafu occurred. I've never seen that level of helpfulness before. I'm still blown away. Thanks Darryl!
